About Your Therapist, Caitlin Beam

In 2023, Caitlin founded On Par Pediatric Therapy, LLC to provide individualized physical therapy to meet families’ needs. On Par Pediatric Therapy strives to educate families and empower children through play-based movement.

Caitlin is a 2011 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a BA in Psychology and Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy. Upon graduation she had a strong interest in child development. This led her to work in a variety of settings, which included early intervention, outpatient pediatric clinics, school and social skills programs, and equipment consulting.

Caitlin has a love for continued education and professional development. She has served as clinical lead, regional student coordinator, and clinical educator. She has continued to grow her skills and knowledge in a variety of techniques including torticollis/plagiocephaly, primitive reflexes, sensory integration, adaptive equipment, serial casting, NDT, Total Motion Release, and Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI). Caitlin is an introductory Level A DMI practitioner.

When not working Caitlin can be found playing golf, walking her labradoodles, and spending time with her family.
